Founded in 2018, Wilco T&F is a non-profit track and field club, serving middle/highschoolers in Williamson County, TN. If you are interested in joining, see registration. We are always looking for volunteer track coaches and sponsors. If you are interested, please contact us at info@wilcotrackandfield.org.
All our coaches are volunteer, members of USATF and have gone through background checks.
We have financial assistance available for those who want to join and are in need of assistance. Funds go towards equipment, uniforms, t-shirts and business fees.

COACHES
CELESTE GOODSON - ACE Certified Medical Exercise Specialist, USATF Level 1 Coach
DISTANCE COACH, STRENGTH & CONDITIONING, HIGH JUMP Celeste has previously coached three years of high school cross country with her husband, received her B.S. in Fitness & Wellness and worked in numerous fitness/rehab settings as a trainer and is currently chasing the 3 hour marathon goal. Through her business ReCORE Fitness, Celeste has worked with many elite and Olympic Athletes as they return to running postpartum. Growing up, Celeste participated in summer track clubs and placed in state in high school track and cross country. Celeste has a deep passion for running, proper training, biomechanics, reducing chance of injury with smart programming, strength and conditioning. |
JAMES TAMBURELLO - USATF Member
SPRINT COACH, MID-DISTANCE, JAVELIN James ran at Centennial High breaking the school record in the 800m with 1:59.87. He ran at Lipscomb and has competed anywhere from the 100 to the 800 and javelin. Their 4x400 relay team finished first at the Emory Crossplex Invite with a time of 3:21.79. His personal bests there in the 55m was 7.19 and 500m (108:52) |
JEREMY NEFF - USATF Level 1 Coach
MIDDLE DISTANCE, STRENGTH & CONDITIONING, HURDLES Jeremy has been coaching and competing in running, cycling, and triathlon events for over fifteen years with multiple marathon and Ironman finishes. Prior to moving to Tennessee for work, he was co-founder of a non-profit race promotion company benefiting the rural communities of Northern Arizona, and co-founder of a sport specific athletic training facility with a focus on running form, strength, and stability. Former certifications include USA Weight Lifting, National Academy of Sports Medicine, and USA Track and Field. He and his wife, Meg, met on their high school track team, have been married for 19 years, and lovingly impose the joy of running upon their 5 grateful children. |
STACEY BAKER -
MIDDLE DISTANCE, LONG DISTANCE, STRENGTH & CONDITIONING Stacey grew up running cross country, indoor and outdoor track, competing in middle and long distances. She has a passion for fitness that includes running, weight lifting, and nutrition. Stacey lives in Franklin with her husband and two children on their small farm. She loves gardening, raising her chickens, and running with her Dutch Shepard, Judge. |
